After a tuition job is posted, Smartz Tutors reviews the requirements and matches them with suitable tutors. Parents receive tutor profiles for consideration and can decide whether to proceed with a tutor. This process allows parents to engage a tutor without committing upfront.

Click on “Post Tuition Job” on your dashboard. Insert relevant details including tuition schedule (if you have one)
MY POSTS
Your submitted posts will be displayed on the “My Posts” screen. Th applicants will also be displayed here

You can expect applications in 12 hours of your submission. Popular subjects like Math can garner up to 50 applicants

View the applicants’ tutor profiles & conduct chat interviews with those you consider possible candidates

After careful consideration, book the most suitable tutor for your budget. The booking process will be detailed in another section.
payment
You will be required to make payment before the booking is confirmed. You will be notified about the details.
Start
When payment is received, booking is confirmed. Tutor’s mobile number & email will be visible in the booking record.
My Posts
All your posts are listed in My Posts. Each post record contains tuition details & the applicants
Applicants
Applicants will state their Preferred Fee (in some instances). You will be notified for each new applicant
Post Active
You can make the post inactive if you feel that you have received a large number of applicants
Delete Post
You can delete a post at any time of your choosing. Please remember that this action is not reversible.
