Click on the “Book this Tutor” on the Tutor Profile. This will trigger the booking process,

The tutor must accept your “Booking Request” before you can proceed any further
SEt date/time
Once tutor accepts, you will need to select the date & time for the first lesson
Make payment
The final stage requires you to make the required payment to confirm the booking

Tutor response
A booking request is sent to the tutor. The tutor can accept or decline your request. If the tutor declines, book another tutor
select start date/time
If tutor accepts, you will need to select a start date & time for the 1st lesson. Tutor can either accept or propose another date & time.

If tutor accepts, date/time is set. If tutor proposes another date & time, you will be notified. You can either accept or propose another
edit start date/time
You can edit the start date & time at any point prior to payment . After payment, you need to contact the tutor directly
confirm address
Once date & time is set, you will be required to insert the full address of the tuition location. This is only for Home Tuition
payment
You will be required to make payment before the booking is confirmed. You will be notified about the details.
Start
When payment is received, booking is confirmed. Tutor’s mobile number & email will be visible in the booking record.
Booking Status
You can view the most recent booking status updates here. At Smartz, we keep a chronological record of your progress
View History
Only the latest updates are shown here. Click on “View History” to view status updates
View Profile
You can view the Tutor Profile here. There is a “Cancel Booking” button on the profile, …just in case
Edit Date & Time
Click on the edit icon if you need to change the 1st lesson date & time. See above for what happens
Once we have received payment, the booking is confirmed. The tutor’s contact details will be uploaded into the booking record. Thank you for working with us!
