SHORTLIST
Shortlist at least 3 potential tutors & enter all tuition details. We will send a shoutout to these tutors
SELect
Tutors will respond with their preferred fee. You can then select the most suitable tutor

When the booking process is completed successfully, tuition will start as planned!

We will provide an outline for engaging a tutor using the Smartz Tutor Search

Insert the search parameters and start the search. Results will be categorized by Qualification. Click a category to view.

View the tutor profiles to assess suitability. We are confident that you would find more than one possible candidate.
shortlist
Shortlist at least 3 tutors. This would ensure that at least one tutor will accept your tuition request. Its a back-up plan!
Notify
Send shortlisted tutors tuition details so that they can make an informed choice. Tutors can accept or decline your request.
tutor response
Shortlisted tutor will respond with their preferred fee (in some cases). Conduct chat interviews with tutors who have accepted.

After careful consideration, book the most suitable tutor for your budget. The booking process will be detailed in another section.
payment
You will be required to make payment before the booking is confirmed. You will be notified about the details.
Start
When payment is received, booking is confirmed. Tutor’s mobile number & email will be visible in the booking record.
Display Category
Results will be displayed in “Qualification” blocks. Graduate tutors are displayed in this image
Gender Tabs
Tutor records are displayed according to Gender. This is done to keep the list managable.
Search Subjects
The subjects used in the search are shown prominently. You can search up to 4 subjects at any time
