Tuition requests
You will receive tuition requests when clients perform a Tutor Search & find your profile suitable
booking requests
When a client has decided to engage you, you will receive a booking request. You can accept or decline the request
start date/time
The client will send you a date/time for the 1st lesson. You can either accept or propose another date/time
booking confirmed
Once 1st lesson date/time is settled, Client will make payment. Booking is confirmed when payment is received
Booking Status
You can view the chronological progress of your booking. This provides a transparency that is uniquely Smartz!
Status History
To keep things clean, we only display the 3 latest updates on the main screen. For all status, click View History.
Edit Start Date/Time
You are allowed to edit the agreed start date/time only up to a certain point. Once the client proceeds to the payment stage, all details are “locked”
Cancel Booking
We understand that sometimes events are beyond your control. Cancel booking is only allowed before the client proceeds to the payment stage
